Pretty good stay at BW Kung Carl?

I just returned from a 2 night stay at Best Western Kung Carl. I had a single room and it was so cute! I really liked having Turbo and her puppies in the room....a funny little touch. The bathroom was of course a little small, but there was plenty of space in the little wardrobe for one person's clothing. The hotel is in a really good location for hitting all the sites in Stockholm...the boat marina is only a few blocks down the street, Old Town is on the island to your right (facing water) and Vasa and other sites are on the island to your left so everything is within walking distance. The hotel front desk staff was extremely nice both on check in and check out. (I don't understand the reviews that say they weren't friendly because everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful) My only complaint about the hotel is the noise...it is not so much the noise from the neighboring bar as it is street noise...the boys zipping down the street on their souped up cars and motorcycles, revving the engines and beeping their horns all hours of the night. So if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs (even the rooms up on the 6th floor had problems with street noise) but other than that, I would really recommmend this hotel.
Brillian Brilliant Brilliant, Myself and 3 friends stayed there because of its central location. We were not disappointed lovely hotel and fantastic rooms, staff were very friendly. Drinks in the bar were expensive but that par for the course in Stockholm. If you fancy a few beers and want to see some of the best looking women in the world then this is on your door step. I guess I dont know about the noise because I was enjoying myself in the 'noise' at the time. Food was great in the hotel. I would go back tomorrow!
